It has excellent compatibility with active ingredients, can tolerate significant amounts of electrolytes and is applicable in a wide pH range and in emulsions with high heat and freeze stability. TEGO® CARE 165 is suitable for the formulation of O/W creams and lotions in products for facial care and hand and body care.

TEGO® ALKANOL 18 is used as viscosity builder/stabilizing agent in O/W creams and lotions and as primary structural surfactants for deodorant/antiperspirant stick formulations. Possesses pleasant soft skin feel.

TEGO® ALKANOL S 2 P (Steareth-2) is an emulsifier for the formulation of cosmetic O/W and W/O emulsions suitable for the preparation of antiperspirants. TEGO® Alkanol S 2 P is also suitable for O/W skin care creams and lotions, W/O skin care creams and lotions, deodorant and antiperspirant sprays and roll-ons, hair conditioner and wet wipes.
