Pharmaburst ® C1 a mixture of a disintegrant, a flow agent and particles having a non-filamentous microstructure of at least two sugar alcohols, a supplemental sugar alcohol, a supplemental flow agent, and a supplemental disintegrant.

Advantol® is a robust, off-the-shelf excipient system that allows the formulator fast product development. It requires no special manufacturing equipment or tooling. Simply add the active to Advantol, dry blend and compress.

Lubripharm Sodium Stearyl Fumarate (SSF) is an inert, less hydrophobic alternative to magnesium stearate as a pharmaceutical tablet lubricant. Tablets made with Lubripharm SSF exhibit less sensitivity to variations in blending time and lubricant levels and have functionally superior hardness characteristics compared to tablets produced with magnesium stearate. In addition, Lubripharm SSF does not exhibit incompatibility with active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) that are susceptible to oxidation or degradation in alkaline conditions or contain primary amines. Lubripharm® SSF is manufactured from natural and synthetic sources; no animal products are used.

Pharmaburst 500 produces fast disintegrating tablets that are hard enough to withstand the mechanics of production, storage, transportation, and being pushed out of a blister pack, yet will disintegrate rapidly so the patient can swallow their medication comfortably.
