SUNTHIN® WD-35 / HYDROLYSED SUNFLOWER LECITHIN LIQUID (STANDARD COLOUR) is an enzymatically hydrolysed sunflower lecithin (also called Lysolecithin) imparts a high emulsifying capacity and excellent water dispersibility due to the higher polarity of the phospholipids. SUNTHIN® WD-35 / HYDROLYSED SUNFLOWER LECITHIN LIQUID (STANDARD COLOUR) is especially useful in o/w emulsions which they stabilize even when exposed to low pH-value, high salt concentration or pasteurization and sterilization processes like in marinades, dressings or reconstituted milk products.

SUNTHIN® LC / SUNFLOWER LECITHIN (LIGHT COLOUR) is produced from high quality sunflower seeds. The product does not contain any ingredient that has been produced from any Genetically Modified Organism (GMO).....

SUNTHIN® LC / SUNFLOWER LECITHIN (LIGHT COLOUR) is a combination of naturally occurring Phospholipids like Phosphatidylcholine (PC), Phosphatidylinositol (PI), Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), and Triglycerides.

SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is a highly concentrated (>95% effective ingredient concentration) lecithin powder with a light brown colour derived from Non-GM sunflower seeds. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is also an emulsifier, antioxidant, and dispersing agent. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is primarily used as an additive for chocolates, baked goods, pastries, confectionary, instant drinks and various other foodstuffs. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) has excellent emulsifying, wetting, dispersing, stabilising and blending properties, as well as being an effective viscosity reducing agent. Due to its Non-GM status in accordance with EU regulations, the finished product does not need to be labelled.
